At Zero Rituals, every product is carefully crafted and quality-checked to ensure you receive the best experience. Due to the personal nature of skincare and wellness products, we accept returns, refunds, or replacements only under the circumstances described below.
Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
- You received an incorrect product.
- You received a product that was damaged during transit.
- You received an expired product.
- You received an empty package.
How to Request a Return
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, expired, or empty package, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, please email us at care@zerorituals.in and include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label (where applicable).
- For empty packages, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened, as it will help us verify claims relating to empty packages.
Requests submitted after
7 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
Review & Reverse Pickup
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details within 48 hours.
If your claim is approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address, subject to service availability. If reverse pickup is unavailable, our support team will guide you through an alternative return process.
- Please ensure the product is kept in its original packaging along with all accessories and invoices, if applicable.
Zero Rituals reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request if the claim is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.
Refund Process
After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the reported issue is confirmed, your refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days of approval.
Depending on your original payment method, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method after collecting the required bank details.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are affected by one of the issues listed above.
